About the course
This course will include information about evidence-based practices teaching decoding, reading and spelling to students ages 5-7. It will begin with models of development and move quickly to instructional routines emphasizing systematic, explicit, and high-volume access to instruction and practice.
Participants will discuss applications in Icelandic and in other languages.

· This course is for teachers, intervention providers, and school leaders serving students ages 5-7.
· Participants should bring computers and books that they would like students to read in class.

Námskeiðið er kennt í staðarnámi í Opna háskólanum frá kl. 09:00-12:00.
