Um námskeiðið

This course will include information about evidence-based practices teaching reading and writing to students ages 11-14. It will begin with models of development and move quickly to instructional routines to build vocabulary, reading fluency and comprehension, and composition.

Participants will discuss applications in Icelandic and in other languages.

·      This course is for teachers, intervention providers, and school leaders serving students ages 11-14.

·      Participants should bring computers and books that they would like students to read in class.

Námskeiðið er kennt í staðarnámi í Opna háskólanum frá kl. 15:00-18:00.
